Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

I am actually REALLY excited about this week’s menu!

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

I most likely probably won’t make the crust myself, and instead will use the crust from Trader Joes!

BBQ Ranch Grilled Chicken and Veggie Bowls 

I will also use cauliflower rice in this recipe instead of traditional rice

  1. The grilled chicken and veggie bowls will be the first one I would try. It looks so delicious and I love that the meal has something for every food group. Yummy and healthy!
