Menu Planning Monday #147

June 18, 2018

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are enjoying some warm, summer weather! It was a bit chilly for us here this weekend, but the forecast is looking quite amazing this week!

Monday

Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs

I really don’t make dishes with pasta often, but the kiddos do enjoy spaghetti so I bought some protein noodles to get a little more nutrition out of them.

  1. Meal planning is the way to go. I like how you organize the meals for the entire week. Also the meals you’ve organized are what kids would like and they are healthy at the same time

  2. I love the idea of meal planning, but I never have the time to sit down a whole afternoon to do it. This looks delicious.

  3. Mm…spaghetti and meatballs are always yummy! I had grilled food last night for Father’s Day which is always nice. 🙂 Not sure about the rest of the week as I’ll be out of town starting Wednesday.

  4. I don’t have kids but I find that prepping, cooking and cleaning up again is starting to take up SO MUCH of my time! I’m starting to look into meal prepping in advance to save time.
