Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend and are enjoying some warm, summer weather! It was a bit chilly for us here this weekend, but the forecast is looking quite amazing this week!
Monday
Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs
I really don’t make dishes with pasta often, but the kiddos do enjoy spaghetti so I bought some protein noodles to get a little more nutrition out of them.

Tuesday
Turkey Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet
This is a favorite!
Belly Full
Wednesday
Babysitter = Macaroni and hot dogs

Those look so good! I definitely want to reciprocate them.
Meal planning is the way to go. I like how you organize the meals for the entire week. Also the meals you’ve organized are what kids would like and they are healthy at the same time
Oh man we love doing sandwiches and tomato soup!
Looks delicious! I need to be this organised!!
I love the idea of meal planning, but I never have the time to sit down a whole afternoon to do it. This looks delicious.
Those meatballs look delish! Definitely checking them out!
I do meal planning too! Its the best way to go and I can stay on track!
Mm…spaghetti and meatballs are always yummy! I had grilled food last night for Father’s Day which is always nice. 🙂 Not sure about the rest of the week as I’ll be out of town starting Wednesday.
That turkey kielbasa & cabbage looks AMAZING!
Great meal plan!! I like the macaroni and hotdog!
Cheers,

I’ve never been good at menu planning, despite my best intentions. These meals look great and not overwhelming.
I don’t have kids but I find that prepping, cooking and cleaning up again is starting to take up SO MUCH of my time! I’m starting to look into meal prepping in advance to save time.
