Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
How are we already at the end of June?! We are in full-blown summer mode over here and loving every minute of it! Here is this week’s menu:

Mmm I love chicken & avocados! These dishes all look amazing.
Love your meal plan especially the Kung Pao Chicken. Well, for Friday I would suggest a Pizza Night! 🙂
