Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

How are we already at the end of June?! We are in full-blown summer mode over here and loving every minute of it! Here is this week’s menu:

Monday

No Bean Turkey and Sweet Potato Chili 

This one is SO tasty!

Chicken Avocado Burritos 

This is a favorite! I use wheat tortillas and Greek yogurt.

Skinny Slow Cooker Kung Pao Chicken

I won’t be adding any of the peppers to this dish to keep the heat out.
