Menu Planning Monday #144

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Taylor Swift was AMAZING! As I mentioned last week, we were taking our two oldest to Seattle for a little mini vacation which included a Taylor Swift concert. The getaway was just what we needed! This week, things are back to normal and that feels pretty nice, too. Here is the line-up:

Monday:

Holiday = Burgers

Tuesday

Chicken and Broccoli Stir-fry

Dinner at the Zoo

It is my absolute favorite shopping weekend of the year!! Farm Chicks! I cannot even begin to describe how much I love this show. Check back to see what I find!

  1. Oh gosh, I don’t know what all I’m eating this week. lol It’s going to be a pretty busy one. I REALLY need to get into the habit of planning meals out more.

  5. Taco salads are always one of my favorite go-to meals! My lunches this week are kale salads and then dinners are a mix of things, but I’m most excited for some “fried” cauliflower rice tonight!

    1. YES! I am a big cauliflower rice fan! And I wish I were better about healthy lunches! I am a big-time snacker!

  6. Yum, that chicken and broccoli stir fry looks way to good not to try! Will have to try this short meal plan one of my weeks!
