Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
I am still currently dairy-free due to the little man, so most of the recipes I choose reflect that. And, with the 4th of July approaching, I will be trying to clean out the fridge for our upcoming trip, so these recipes are filled with ingredients I already have.

Yum. Those lemon garlic chicken zoodles sound great! I’ve been looking for new ways to make them, so this is perfect. The salmon burgers with guac sound good too!
I love chicken fajitas! I make them in the crockpot and it’s so perfect because I put all the (4) ingredients in before work and come home to a delicious hot meal!
Yeah,. Anything we can make in the tinfoil and you are ready to go is my kind of cooking.
