Our Fall / Thanksgiving Mantle 2014

While there aren’t many decorations on the walls yet, one of the first things I did to the house was to put together our Fall mantle.

Most of these things I got last year, but I know similar items are still available and you too can put this together on a budget as well.

From left to right…

1. DIY topiary- Tutorial HERE.

2. White pumpkin- Michaels 80% off after Halloween

3. Scale- Ebay

4. White pitcher- Marshalls

5. Burlap roses- Made myself

6. Frames- Hobby Lobby- 50% off

7. 6 pane window- Craigslist for about $3 (I’d like to hang a small wreath from the top of this but haven’t found the right one yet. Let me know if you know if you have an idea!

8. Burlap Bunting-Made myself

9. White pumpkins- Bag of orange ones from Ross that I painted white and stenciled myself.

10. Trinket box (what do you call that thing?)- From my mother-in-law

11. White Lantern- On clearance from Target

12- Candle holder- Local shop

13. Candle- Handmade from a holiday craft show

14. White Pitcher- Target

15. Wheat- Hobby Lobby- 40% off

  1. Your mantle is super cute! I love the burlap pennant! I just made a few pennants myself this past weekend. Our current house doesn’t have a fireplace, but we’re hoping to buy next summer and I’ve got my fingers crossed for one !
