Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday (except this week it’s a Tuesday with school starting this week!) Here I try to plan out healthy-ish, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied. I asked the kids what they’d like to have foe dinner this week with it being the first week back to school, so each of the meals below were requested by them.
