Wasn’t sure how to post a recipe. Mine is quick easy and delicious. Cube and cook up 4 chicken breasts. Pour in a large jar of your favorite salsa. I use Chi Chi medium salsa. Let it cook a few minutes and add a bag (or 2) of success rice.(cut open the bags and add right in same pan). Stir every little bit until rice is cooked. If more liquid is needed add some water. Once rice is tender top with shredded cheese. Serve on flour tortilla with more cheese and sour cream.
