Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Parmesan- Crusted Baked Salmon 

I have a go-to salmon recipe that I kind-of made up over the years, but never thought to add parmesan! So, I am going to make it the traditional way I do and then also add parmesan. But, thought I would include the recipe I got the idea from! You can watch how I do it on my Instagram stories this day!

  1. We made the Rigatoni with sausage and peppers last week. SOOOO GOOD!!! We had extra garden grape tomatoes that we threw in but it would have been delicious without them! Definitely will be making some more of these recipes next week!
