Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
This week we are having all tried-and-true recipes that we all love! (My son can’t stand potatoes, so he’s the one exception with the chili- he just eats around them.) Hope these recipes make your week easier!
Monday
Turkey sausage and peppers
I don’t have an official recipe for this one, but it is SO easy. All I do is buy three packages of turkey sausage, and about 3-4 bell peppers. I slice and dice everything up, throw the sausages in the pan with a little olive oil first to brown up, then add the peppers to saute, and done! No seasonings! Super easy.
