How was everyone’s Thanksgiving?! I think I am still full, and I definitely overate, but it sure was delicious!

  1. Great advice! I really love the paleo diet.

This year, I’ve actually managed to change my my diet.

The most important factor that has helped me get to where
I am today healthwise is having access to quality paleo diet cookbooks.

Recently I found a cookbook that offers 125 paleo recipes complete with a one-month paleo
    meal plan.

It also provides you with Paleo diet grocery lists and advice on how to stay in line with your new diet plan when dining
    at restaurants.

The recipes are absolutely delicious and there’s tons of tips to assist
you with starting your diet. I highly recommend it.
