Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
This is such an exciting week for our little family because we are taking our oldest two to their first concert, Taylor Swift! So, we will only be in town for a couple of days this week, so as to not leave you hanging I rounded up some tasty meals for you to try!

I will be making this one before we leave, except minus the cilantro because my husband is not a fan at all. Otherwise, looks delicious!

My husband is keto and these look like they’ll be a perfect fit for dinner. We even have those cute little skillets, so I think I’ll start there!
This is helpful when trying to really start meal planning. I like that you look for quicker recipes — I am not in the mood right now to hang out in the kitchen for long!
