Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

We are back in the swing of things with kids in sports and school nights not just packed with living life, so we are in need of easy, healthy meals to keep us going. These all sure seem to meet those needs!
