Menu Planning Monday #125

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Last week I went home for a few days to see my family and friends and it was SO nice! I didn’t cook a single meal. Ha! But, I am home now and it’s time to get back at it.

Easy Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

I will be using wheat rolls and mozzarella cheese on these to lighten them up a bit.

  2. I admire anyone that is successful at menu planning. I used to work for a lady that ran a menu planning business so I was in charge of planning all the meals for her subscrbers and even then I didn’t do that well. The meals sound delicious and the photos are great.
