Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
This week I chose meals that are tried and true; recipes we enjoy! And of course, not difficult, either.

We are BIG fans of this one. Hint- Cook double the amount of chicken this night and then use the rest for Thursday’s recipe.

This one has a touch of sweet, yet is still savory and is very delicious.

Date night = night off from cooking!

Mexican Chicken, Sweet Potato, and Black Bean Skillet.Â
This one has a great flavor combo. Yum!

It’s my husband’s birthday this weekend, and my guy loves BBQ, so I am thinking at some point we will eat said food. Other than that…. NO IDEA!
