Menu Planning Monday #115

October 30, 2017

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Our family was SO sick last week, and I did not make a single one of last week’s recipes. Instead, I was helping our children get through a dreadful tummy bug, dealing with the bug myself, and then deep cleaning the house like a mad woman. SO, for us, I still have most of those groceries and will be making last week’s menu.

But! I didn’t want to leave you all hanging with nothing new, so I included a few recipes that look pretty dang delicious.

Monday

Chicken Fried Rice

We aren’t big rice eaters in our house, but I do like how you can use brown rice in this recipe, and I DO like fried rice, so I will have to give it a try sometime.

Tuesday

Halloween!! We usually order pizza this night to keep things simple and easy, and I imagine we will do the same again this year. So, I suggest taking the night off, yourself!

Wednesday

My mom is in town! WAHOO! So date night this week is an evening out with my mom. But, for those needing a yummy recipe, doesn’t this look SO good?!

Thursday

Pan Seared Chicken and Broccolini in Creamy Mustard Sauce

OooO yum. When I make this I will be using regular broccoli, but this looks liek restaurant quality!
