Menu Planning Monday #97

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

My husband has recently requested some meals that follow the Ketogenic Diet, which means very little carbs and high protein/fat, so I am trying to steer in that direction with my meal planning for a bit.

Monday

One Pot Cheesy Taco Skillet 

I love one-pot meals! I think our whole family will gobble this one down without complaints.

I’ve made this sort of recipe before and am a BIG fan.

Friday/Saturday/Sunday

Bon voyage! Our fam is taking off to celebrate the upcoming holiday and will be out of cell/computer/any device service for a whole week! WAHOO!

  1. All those dishes look so good. I’ve never had spaghetti squash lasagna, though I’ve used spaghetti squash in other dishes. That sounds absolutely delish!

  2. That taco skilliet is right up my alley! But I have yet to give Keto recipes a try so I may do that one first! Thanks for the ideas!
