Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
I must be on a chicken kick because somehow I have chosen an all-chicken line-up this week! I think I may sub steak in the burrito bowls to change things up. There. Now I’m not so predictable.

This looks like it will just warm everything right up! We are STILL getting snow where I live. UGH.

This is perfect! I need healthy meals for lunches- I actually prepped my meals this week for the first time in sooooo long. I made all my salads and packed healthy snacks for my long workdays! Its such a nice feeling not having to scramble. These recipes look delicious!!
