Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
For the past three years I have made my husband THIS amazingly delicious steak for Valentine’s Day, but this year the holiday just so happens to fall on our date night, so I won’t be doing that this year. But, I HIGHLY recommend these steaks! Do you have a favorite dinner you like making for this day?

We are doing pizza tomorrow night too! I didn’t even THINK to do it in a heart-shaped, hahhaa. I’m going to pull the cheesiness (both literally and figuratively?!) on my husband tomorrow for V-day!
I am SOOOO obsessed with brussel sprouts too!! I have yet to make them at home but we’re looking to try them out tomorrow for VDay! I am definitely going to be adding bacon now!
I don’t know if you have an Aldi near you, but I just tried their $4.99 pizza in the refrigerated area and it’s GOOD. We love pizza night as well but honestly spending $30+ a pop is kind of tough to swallow, so we’ll be going this route. Quick and easy, but also inexpensive!
