Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

With Thanksgiving upon us, I am really feeling some EASY meals to get us to The Big One. Don’t you agree? I’ve also included some tasty looking Thanksgiving options if you’re still planning your meal, as well.
