Menu Planning Monday #6 (Except it’s Sunday for all you planners)

January 11, 2015

Welcome to another week of planned-out meals! Here you will find our weekly menu along with the shopping list so that you don’t have to worry about it! I started doing this so that if I forgot my shopping list at home it can easily be accessed from my phone and so that I am not stressing at that 4:00 hour wondering what we will be having for dinner. I also try to plan healthy meals with like-items as well as meals that don’t require a ton of ingredients or complicated steps. And if it can be thrown into a Crockpot, even better!

You will notice a lot of chicken this week, and that is on purpose. I made the mistake of taking The Hubby with me to Costco last week and let’s just say my grocery budget is quite a bit smaller this week! Haha! And maybe next week, too! So, I am trying to use items I already have and that I have a lot of from that Costco run.

So, here is this week’s menu.
