Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
OH. MY. GOSH. I haven’t done a menu planning post since early December, which means we have been eating the most random things! Actually, we have been eating a lot of meat since one of us (not me) is eating mainly Keto, so I have been just roasting veggies as a side and calling it good. But I am craving some new recipes that include more ingredients than pure protein. SO, here is our menu!
