Welcome to Menu Planning Monday!
Since I have a new baby in the house, I am ALL about the quick and simple dinners. I am also staying away from dairy since our little man is sensitive to it, so I am on the lookout for dairy-free recipes or ones that can easily be adapted. So below is what is on the menu for this week. I try to budget for meals that include like items, are easy to put together, don’t require a lot of ingredients and are healthy for our family.
Monday
One Pot Wonder Chicken Lo Mein
This one is so simple and delicious!
The Wholesome Dish
Tuesday
Date Night=Leftovers
Wednesday
White Bean with Spinach and Sausage
(I will use turkey sausage) I really like this one, too.
It’s My Side of Life
Thursday
Skillet Italian Sausage, Peppers and Onions
Using the same turkey sausage from above
The Comfort of Cooking
Friday
Foodie Crush
Saturday and Sunday = Leftovers and/or eating out one night.
Thanks for stopping by and feel free to share any recipes you think would be feature-worthy!
These recipes all look so yummy! I have saved a couple to try 🙂
Let me know how they turn out!
I can’t wait to try all of these!!
I am especially looking forward to the Lemon Chicken Stew… YUM!
Before I had my baby girl I did over a months worth of frozen meals! It was a definite undertaking, but I was so glad to not to have to think about dinner during that time in our life. Definite life saver!
That is SO smart! I did that with my first two babes, and then had about two weeks worth of frozen meals with my third baby. So nice to have things you can just grab!
Wow your menu really looks delicious and at the same time it is easy to do. Looking forward to try these all 🙂
I’m crushing majorly hard on these photos–everything looks delicious! I’d love to make veggie versions of these–especially the skillet sausage one, but think that should be fairly easy. Thank you so much for sharing, and you have such a beautiful family! Thanks for the comment on my blog yesterday; following you now on social.
Have a great weekend! XOXO
