Menu Planning Monday #26

January 18, 2016

Welcome to Menu Planning Monday!

Since I have a new baby in the house, I am ALL about the quick and simple dinners. I am also staying away from dairy since our little man is sensitive to it, so I am on the lookout for dairy-free recipes or ones that can easily be adapted. So below is what is on the menu for this week. I try to budget for meals that include like items, are easy to put together, don’t require a lot of ingredients and are healthy for our family.

Some of these recipes are new to me, too, and have never been tried, so my apologies ahead of time if they don’t turn out! Some of these are family-favorites and I will be sure to note which ones those are.

  1. Before I had my baby girl I did over a months worth of frozen meals! It was a definite undertaking, but I was so glad to not to have to think about dinner during that time in our life. Definite life saver!

    1. That is SO smart! I did that with my first two babes, and then had about two weeks worth of frozen meals with my third baby. So nice to have things you can just grab!

  2. I’m crushing majorly hard on these photos–everything looks delicious! I’d love to make veggie versions of these–especially the skillet sausage one, but think that should be fairly easy. Thank you so much for sharing, and you have such a beautiful family! Thanks for the comment on my blog yesterday; following you now on social.

    Have a great weekend! XOXO
