Menu Planning Monday #295

November 30, 2025

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy-ish, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Whenever I cook these recipes, I film and show them on my Instagram page, so feel free to stop by and check them out! Here is what we have planned for the week:

Flank Steak

By: Me! Watch my Instagram Stories for how I make it!

1. Season both sides of the flank steak generously with salt and pepper.

2. Heat oil on high, and when hot, sear both sides of the flank steak for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until you have a nice browning on each side (time may vary depending on size of meat).

3. Remove steak from heat and immediately cover with foil for 15-20 minutes, this will allow the steak to continue cooking. You can also add a few slabs of butter to the top at this time for extra flavor; it’s good either way.

When done, you should have it cooked medium on the outsides, and medium rare in the middle.

Enjoy!

* you can of course add any other seasonings you’d like; garlic, fresh herbs, etc. – or you can keep it simple.

Leftovers

As always, thank you for stopping by!
