J wanted to make this a cold salad, so instead of frying the zucchini, he chilled it and kept it raw. And instead of doing zucchini spears, he bought pre-spiraled zucchini and served it as a cold salad as well.
Monday
I bought all of the ingredients for these last week, and then we just had too many leftovers and needed to eat those up first, so this week it is!
