Menu Planning Monday #225

Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Whenever I cook these recipes, I film and show how they turn out over on my Instagram page, so feel free to stop by on those days to check out how they turn out! Here is what we have planned for the week!

Monday

Rigatoni with Sausage, Tomatoes and Zucchini

This is one of those easy meals the whole family enjoys. I add a little parmesan for a little extra yum

Tuesday

Creamy Balsamic Chicken and Brussels Sprouts

This recipe is SO good! But, it’s only made to serve one, so I always at least quadruple it.

Wednesday

Burrito Bowls

For these, we just grill up some chicken or steak, fry up some cauliflower rice from Costco and add our favorite toppings like sauteed onions and bell peppers, guac, salsa, peanut thai sauce, etc.

Thursday

Leftovers

Friday/Saturday/Sunday
