Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

Monday

Leftover teriyaki chicken from the weekend- it’s the EASIEST and best recipe:

Soy Vay Teriyaki sauce and Sriracha… that’s it! Marinate for at least a couple of hours and grill up!

Husband’s brisket recipe- SO GOOD!
