Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

This week it is all about the go-to, family-pleasing meals. We all enjoy these recipes and have made them plenty of times.

Turkey Sausage, Pepper, and Sweet Potato Hash 

I love this one because it is SO easy and everyone gobbles it up without complaint. I always double or even triple it so there are plenty of leftovers.

This dish is SO good! But note, the serving size is for one! So plan accordingly!

  1. I’m always looks for new meal prep ideas. I work a full time job, I work for doordash, & I have a blog & am thinking about starting another business. i’m a very business girl & meal prepping or fast food is the only way i have time to eat. Thanks so much for sharing these awesome recipes!
