Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day playing at the beach and stuffing our faces with so much food. In fact, the thought of food sounds pretty horrible right about now. But! I am sure things will change come tomorrow.

  1. Oh gosh, when I’m full, NOTHING sounds good. haha I don’t have a ton of meal plans for the week. I know some pork chops Wednesday I believe…I want to try some new stuff next week!
