Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.

We had such a wonderful weekend celebrating our sweet boy turning six! Now only if the weather would cooperate and stay nice so we could go out and play!

  1. I make these chicken rice bowls and they are SO good. My kids hate it, and I don’t know why, it’s addictive! My leftover chicken I use to top a mexican salad the next day for my lunch usually.

  2. I love how easy these were! Meal planning can get SO overwhelming sometimes. I also don’t know how I would survive without my crockpot.
