Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
We got more snow this weekend, and that, coupled with the wind, kept us indoors quite a lot (other than being in our new hot tub!) So I spent a LOT of time working on a project and am happy to say it is just about complete! To see glimpses, check out my Instagram stories as I have been posting updates as I go.
