Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.
After three weeks of re-building our deck, it is now complete! Hallelujah! We just have a few more things to do to complete the whole project, so until then no BBQing quite yet outside, so instead these easy recipes that are cooked indoors will work just fine.

Foil packet meals are the best. All the juices and flavours and deliciousness are kept inside! And that teriyaki chicken looks amazing.
