Welcome to the 100th day of menu planning! A big thank you to those of you who follow along, enjoy these posts and for letting me know when you’ve tried something and have had success! I also like knowing when something doesn’t turn out for you so that I can keep that in mind for future posts as well.
I am ALLLLLL about the easy this week! We’ve got full plates over here while rebuilding our deck and keeping the littles occupied, so the easier, the better!
Monday
Go to Costco, but their Pesto, and consider this a super easy WIN!
Kalyn’s Kitchen
Tuesday
Sausage, Sweet Potato and Veggie Skillet (Paleo and Whole 30)
So many of my favorite things in one recipe.
Paleo Running Mama
Wednesday
One Pan Lemon Parmesan Chicken and Asparagus
For this I am going to use almond flour and wheat panko
Chelsea’s Messy Apron
Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday
The husband and I will be away celebrating our anniversary! We’re coming for ya, Whidbey Island!
The one pan parm chicken looks delish. Happy anniversary!
Thank you, Lynn!
This a great menu!
Thanks, Kate! 🙂
Thanks for the chicken meal ideas. My family is picky and I’m so tired of the same things over and over.
I am with ya, there! I get bored easily myself!
Thanks for sharing all of these. I really need to get back into the whole meal planning thing.

You are so welcome!
Thank you for sharing these. They all look delicious.
I am no good at meal planning but I want to give it a try. This looks amazing and all so delicious I’m sure.
It really is SO helpful!
Happy Anniversary!
This looks SO good. I live in SF so eating out for lunch/dinner everyday is getting expensive and I get bored of my meal prep meals! Thanks for sharing 🙂
