Welcome to Menu Planning Monday!
For some, one of the worst parts about menu planning is actually deciding on what to make. I find myself stressed out once the late afternoon hits and I have no idea what we are having for dinner, so if I want to prevent that and stay on top of things, menu planning it is. Each week I try to plan for healthy meals that currently do not include any dairy or that can easily be adapted (baby is intolerant), that don’t include a bunch of crazy ingredients and that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible.
Here is what we are having this week, and I will say, these ALL look really tasty! If you have any recipes you think we should try, let me know!

I switched things around a bit since this picture just looked so good and made the kielbasa one tonight and YUM! We all enjoyed this one. 🙂
Some great ideas! I used to be a rockstar at menu planning, but now that I have a picky toddler, I’m at a loss for food that I can make and she’ll eat. The struggle is real!

I know how you feel, Karin! My boy used to be REALLY picky, but I just kept offering the same foods we were eating, and slowly but surely, he is coming around! It has taken some work though and can be very frustrating!
I want to cook all of this! Definitely pinned your post to refer back to when I need a meal idea.
Awesome! Yeah I thought they all looked quite tasty, too!
Yum! Everything sounds and looks delish!
Thanks for sharing with us at #MMBH!!
