I wish I had something more fun/exciting/entertaining/knowledgeable/noteworthy/shocking,etc. for you.
But, I don’t.
Because for the last two weeks we have been packing up our rental home, moving everything into a storage unit, and moving our essentials into a temporary house until ours is ready late September.
Which means a lot of grubby clothes. A lot of sweat. A lot of time.
We are now moved into the temporary house (which we are SO thankful for!) and all that needs to be done to the rental is a good cleaning. (BLECH.)
So, for the rest of this week, that is what will be going down.
Oh, and did I mention we got an accepted offer on our house in our old town? So, you know, that’s been going on, too. I mean, it’s exciting! But, it’s our first home and yeah I get all emotional about it. That and the inspection is coming up and that is nerve-wracking.
So I guess I am writing this little update to let you know why I have been/will be a little scarce lately.
