Since I have started watching The Bachelor I have created cupcakes representing the two finalists for the night of the finale, and this season was no different. I did have a little Bachelor Finale Viewing Party this season, and if you missed that you can see it here and read the recap from the finale here.

I also forgot to mention I added a few “shark” fins to a few of the cupcakes to also represent that ocean scandal and since she seems to BE a bit of a shark herself… I also decided on a vanilla bean frosting so that the speckles of the vanilla would look like sand on the beach.
The tip I was using to pipe the frosting on “The Clare” was not working properly so I ended up having to just spread the frosting on as best I could to save it, so while I am not thrilled with how they turned out, they still tasted good.
I personally don’t care much for fruity desserts and therefore preferred the taste of “The Clare” better, but The Hubby said “The Nikki” was one of his favorite cupcakes I have ever made.
