Juan-a join in tonight for the season premiere of The Bachelor?!

The Bachelor starts TONIGHT (holla!) featuring Juan Pablo!

I seriously love this time of year. The beginning of the season of The Bachelor/The Bachelorette means that Monday nights get a WHOLE lot better for a few months. I can be having a crappy day and then remember The Bachelor is on later and I am instantly a little peppier.

I love this show not only for its cheesiness, drama and crazy-town kooks, but because The Hubby and I watch this together. We don’t (usually) start it without the other, and if we do it’s because he is working late and I can’t stand waiting for him to get home to start the DVR and I watch the live version until he’s home. Then I just pretend it’s all new to me.

Yes, I like it that much. And please don’t tell The Hubby about this.

Bonding Over Ben

Once we caught on that Ben is a “Grouper Fish” we couldn’t let it go all season.

And then there was Emily. I think I had the biggest crush on her of all seasons.

On one hand, I couldn’t understand why she let Sean go…..but then I also could…

It was this season that I started making “finale” cupcakes representing the two final contenders. I was quite proud of these ones.

 And then Sean became The Bachelor and America really tuned in.
