Welcome to another week of planned-out meals! Here you will find our weekly menu along with the shopping list so that you don’t have to worry about it! I started doing this so that if I forgot my shopping list at home it can easily be accessed from my phone and so that I am not stressing at that 4:00 hour wondering what we will be having for dinner. I also try to plan healthy meals with like-items as well as meals that don’t require a ton of ingredients or complicated steps. And if it can be thrown into a Crockpot, even better!

Some of these recipes are new to me, too and have never been tried, so my apologies ahead of time if they don’t turn out! Some of these are family-favorites and I will be sure to note which ones those are.

Here we go!

Monday

Slow Cooker Jalapeno Popper Chicken Taquitos

Creme de la Crumb

My whole family enjoys these, and with a son who doesn’t eat much these days, I feel good knowing he will eat these.

Tuesday

Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

Very Culinary

I made this for the first time a couple weeks ago and SO GOOD! I used regular yellow mustard since I am not a fan of Dijon and would actually use a little more next time, but 3/4 of us gobbles this up!

Wednesday

Date night= Leftovers

Thursday

Million Dollar Spaghetti

Made from Pinterest

This one also super yummy! I used nonfat cottage cheese, reduced fat cream cheese and Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and out whole family ate this one. If I were serving to guests I would make as-is and think it would be even more flavorful.

Friday

Easy Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

Eat at Home
