Makes sense&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week is a big one for our family.<\/p>\n<p>Our little girl turns four (on Friday) AND The Hubby graduates (on Saturday.)<\/p>\n<p>So just to make things interesting I decided to have Gwyn&#8217;s birthday the <em>same<\/em> day \u00a0The Hubby graduates.<\/p>\n<p>Doesn&#8217;t that sound like a good idea?<\/p>\n<p>Here was my thinking behind that:<\/p>\n<p>There are people who want to be there to celebrate The Hubby and who also want to be at Gwyn&#8217;s 4th birthday, so rather than having two separate dates for traveling purposes, why not make it easier on everyone else and just have one busy Day O&#8217; Fun?<\/p>\n<p>No?<\/p>\n<p>Sunday is Mother&#8217;s Day, so that was out as an option, too. So, both on Saturday it is!<\/p>\n<p>So, this past month has been somewhat of a blur.<\/p>\n<p>The day is going to look something like this:<\/p>\n<p>Saturday-<\/p>\n<p>Wake up early to finish baking and decorating for Gwyn&#8217;s birthday. She has requested a princess party, so it&#8217;s about to get girly up in heeya!<\/p>\n<p>Gwyn&#8217;s birthday from 10-12<\/p>\n<p>Drive straight to Pullman (a little over an hour) and go to my in-laws&#8217; house to finish setting up (we drove down a couple \u00a0weeks ago and set some things up already!) and change to be at the university by 2:30.<\/p>\n<p>Hubby graduates 3:00-5:00.<\/p>\n<p>Graduation party for The Hubby at 6:00 at The Inlaws&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Eat, drink, and be merry until ?<\/p>\n<p>Sunday- Mother&#8217;s Day- Brunch at The Inlaws&#8217; and slowly peeling myself off whatever floor I end up on. Not from being passed out drunk, just passed out tired. \u00a0Or maybe&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Nah, that sounds horrible.<\/p>\n<p>Whew! Are you tired yet?<\/p>\n<p>I know I am!<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, this week will primarily be baking and last-minute prep.
