These are a few finished DIY projects that I, or people that love me, have either made because I couldn’t find what I was envisioning, or because I didn’t want to pay for it!

I purchased wooden crates and an AWESOME old window pane at an antique store with the intention of using them as shelving. I think I spent around $25 for all three, which I felt VERY pleased with compared to the cost of other shelving units I had looked at.

Well, it’s pretty dang hard deciding where such heavy wall decor should go, so the hubby cut out cardboard in the exact measurements, and then I got to fiddle with those on the wall by taping them in various positions before landing on the perfect placement! My husband then hung the real deals. Brilliant!

Those are the crates and window pane on the floor.

Since we already had a changing table, I did not want to buy another. The only problem was that it was white and just would not go well in the Little Man’s room. Luckily, I have a friend who is a painting goddess and she turned Gwyneth’s old table into this gorgeous piece!
