Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday (except this week it\u2019s a Tuesday with school starting this week!) Here is what we have planned for the week!<\/p>\n Sunday<\/strong><\/p>\n Red Wine-Braised Shortribs with Lemongrass and Soy\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n NY Times<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Yotam Ottolenghi’s Pasta and Zucchini Salad\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n NY Times<\/p>\n J wanted to make this a cold salad, so instead of frying the zucchini, he chilled it and kept it raw.
