Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy-ish, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n

Here is what we have planned for the week!<\/p>\n Better Than Takeout Garlic Butter Shrimp Pad That<\/a><\/p>\n Half Baked Harvest<\/p>\n We mistakenly received someone else’s groceries last week and were told to just keep them, and most of these included items to make pad thai! So it almost felt essential to make a pad thai dish this week, and this one looks divine!<\/p>\n Thank you for the recipe @lauraell0!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Easy Homemade Chicken Pot Pie\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n Taste and See<\/p>\n I LOVE a good chicken pot pie, but have never made one! The recipe says you can make it lower carb by skipping the bottom crust… but that’s the best part! So I will be using both crusts when I try it.
