Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n

I noticed this recipe doesn’t have a ricotta cheese or cottage cheese filling,so I will be adding in this layer with a mixture of cottage cheese, parmesan, salt, pepper, and an egg. I am also trying out using gluten-free noodles.<\/p>\n
