This week is looking different for us than expected as I am sure it is for many, but we are going to make the best of it and have Thanksgiving in the van since our house is still under construction. I have compiled a list of what we plan to have this year and will be putting together as much of it beforehand as I can since we only have the oven in the van and our smoker to cook with. Tune in to Instagram stories to check it out <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/livingwithlady\/\">HERE!<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Below is what is on the menu for our Thanksgiving meal, and I also added a few extra recipes at the bottom if looking for more ideas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/125326802119504344\/\">Smoked Turkey<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We are smoking our turkey on the Rec Tec this year, and while we don&#8217;t have an exact recipe yet, this is a start!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/125326802119504344\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i.pinimg.com\/564x\/5b\/53\/61\/5b53610eaca7ca20216efce9fc853670.jpg\" alt=\" \" width=\"438\" height=\"656\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pinterest.com\/pin\/125326802115901003\/\">Chorizo and Cornbread Stuffing<\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">I am not a fan of traditional stuffing, but THIS is delicious!
