Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
This week we are having all tried-and-true recipes that we all love! (My son can’t stand potatoes, so he’s the one exception with the chili- he just eats around them.) Hope these recipes make your week easier!<\/p>\n
Monday<\/strong><\/p>\n Turkey sausage and peppers<\/p>\n I don’t have an official recipe for this one, but it is SO easy. All I do is buy three packages of turkey sausage, and about 3-4 bell peppers. I slice and dice everything up, throw the sausages in the pan with a little olive oil first to brown up, then add the peppers to saute, and done! No seasonings!
