Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
How was your week last week?! I am hoping it was a good one! We celebrated Valentine’s Day pretty low-key in our home with the kiddos, and it was pretty perfect. Winter sports are starting up, so easy dinners are my go-to! Here is our menu this week:<\/p>\n
