Welcome to another Menu Planning Monday! Here I try to plan out healthy, EASY meals that will get me in and out of that kitchen as quickly as possible while still keeping our palettes satisfied.<\/p>\n
Whew! Last week was a super busy one, and I am happy to say this one is a lot more mellow! But, those Spring sports start up soon, so I really want to savor the slow. Here is our menu for the week:<\/p>\n
