The Hubby recently brought back a plethora of salmon from Alaska and our freezer is now stocked. I am so unfamiliar with how to cook fish, but I found a recipe that is now a total keeper. The Hubby even said, “This is some of the best salmon I have ever had.”<\/div>\n

Now, I don’t post recipes often, but when I do they are either recipes that I feel good about feeding to my family as they are healthy and\u00a0incorporate\u00a0more veggies, or they are recipes that are incredibly EASY that LOOK more\u00a0difficult, therefore impressing The Hubbs.\u00a0This one being both healthy AND ridiculously easy!<\/div>\n
