And to celebrate, The Hubby and I spent the afternoon with just the three of us while Gwyn spent some time with Grammie and Poppie. As part of our special afternoon we went and took his 6 month pictures.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Calvin John:<\/div>\n<div>Weight- 19.4 pounds (78%)<\/div>\n<div>Height- 27.8 inches (88%)<\/div>\n<div>Head Circumference- 17.4 inches (60%)- Totally normal-sized head! Suhweet!<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-EbYOI7OW1uE\/UHCcwxoekNI\/AAAAAAAAFbE\/XlOebl4ivC4\/s320\/E15.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<div>Wearing size 9 and 12 month clothing. Sitting up and scooting across the floor in a &#8220;worm-like&#8221; fashion toward desired objects.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-v02mRehzvQo\/UHCcHoW880I\/AAAAAAAAFa0\/Lm3ymgSVsRg\/s1600\/E13.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-v02mRehzvQo\/UHCcHoW880I\/AAAAAAAAFa0\/Lm3ymgSVsRg\/s320\/E13.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Loves to play with Mom&#8217;s black bracelet, red chew-toy, lambie stuffed animal, plastic hangers, and anything crinkly.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-4lBhh7CYYlo\/UHCcbb7W-fI\/AAAAAAAAFa8\/KWchGJ7X0ek\/s1600\/E14.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-4lBhh7CYYlo\/UHCcbb7W-fI\/AAAAAAAAFa8\/KWchGJ7X0ek\/s320\/E14.jpg\" width=\"256\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Sucking on Mom&#8217;s hair is also a favorite past-time, as is gnawing on her face and grabbing anyone&#8217;s cheeks.<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-rFJkuwFXvRM\/UHCdENV6AuI\/AAAAAAAAFbM\/pGk5ty9UU-g\/s1600\/E16.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-rFJkuwFXvRM\/UHCdENV6AuI\/AAAAAAAAFbM\/pGk5ty9UU-g\/s320\/E16.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Sleeps from 7-7:30 pm- 7-7:30 am. Naps from 9-10:30\/11 am and 1-2:30\/3 pm. Sleeping routine consists of changing diaper, turning on sound machine, putting in sleep sack, laying in crib and walking out.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-DiwQEK4xd3c\/UHCdZHWhneI\/AAAAAAAAFbU\/3rl0O5IOrcE\/s1600\/E17.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-DiwQEK4xd3c\/UHCdZHWhneI\/AAAAAAAAFbU\/3rl0O5IOrcE\/s320\/E17.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Tolerates: His sister rolling him over and taking his toys.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-t3Gv-uwXDRQ\/UHCdshyfeWI\/AAAAAAAAFbc\/kyNzkPCl7c4\/s1600\/E18.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-t3Gv-uwXDRQ\/UHCdshyfeWI\/AAAAAAAAFbc\/kyNzkPCl7c4\/s320\/E18.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Nicknames: Cal, Calver, Cal Pal, Calvie, C, The Calvinator, Cal Cal<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-kFhvzHKSKWM\/UHCd9kHEhEI\/AAAAAAAAFbk\/dd0KpHXqOLk\/s1600\/E19.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-kFhvzHKSKWM\/UHCd9kHEhEI\/AAAAAAAAFbk\/dd0KpHXqOLk\/s320\/E19.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Isn&#8217;t that just the sweetest face? He is truly one of the sweetest babies I have ever met. He is calm, determined, patient and incredibly chill.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-B9aHj11XkVY\/UHCeMVVWxBI\/AAAAAAAAFbs\/xfoGYtTlKeY\/s1600\/E2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-B9aHj11XkVY\/UHCeMVVWxBI\/AAAAAAAAFbs\/xfoGYtTlKeY\/s320\/E2.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Eating all sorts of solids; his favorites being sweet potatoes, squash, oatmeal and anything fruit. Still not a fan of peas. And he makes sure we know it!<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-z5YzCMxzKrc\/UHCei26raaI\/AAAAAAAAFb0\/G01tJ3s4sB0\/s1600\/E21.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-z5YzCMxzKrc\/UHCei26raaI\/AAAAAAAAFb0\/G01tJ3s4sB0\/s320\/E21.jpg\" width=\"256\" height=\"320\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Most difficult time of day: Between 6-7 pm, also known as &#8220;Witching Hour.&#8221; Best time of day: In the morning. Likes to cuddle and stare up into your eyes.<\/p>\n<div><a href=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-877Bpnk7cvE\/UHCe4lg_KdI\/AAAAAAAAFb8\/gyfnRxOJprE\/s1600\/E22.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/4.bp.blogspot.com\/-877Bpnk7cvE\/UHCe4lg_KdI\/AAAAAAAAFb8\/gyfnRxOJprE\/s320\/E22.jpg\" width=\"320\" height=\"256\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>Yes, he is a thumb sucker. He will take a binky at times, but would much rather spit it out and suck on his thumb.
